You give us the propensity to listen and help others (previous experience in call center or similar positions), as well as an interest in technology, we provide training and start-up for an important career in the IT field!

WHAT ARE YOU EXPECTED TO DO?

Inserted in a team you:

• Provide customer support in the use of specialized software.
• Carry out product demos to customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to propose improvements based on the input you receive from customers.

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

• Previous experience in customer service or in any case in contact with the public (one year at least).
• Interest in the IT field.
• Excellent communication skills and verbal expression.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Good analysis and synthesis skills.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of Italian should be considered as an advantage.
